WRITTEN WARRANTY
We offer several types of warranties for everything we sell. We offer a 90 day standard on all our parts and on mechanical parts we offer up to a year in coverage based on the plan u choose.
REFUND POLICY
Provided the defective part cannot be replaced a full refund will be issued in the amount on the order receipt. No refunds will be offered after the 90 days.
ELECTRICAL ITEMS
Most our electrical items have a 30 day warranty which is for exchange only, NO CASH REFUNDSon electrical items. In some cases we might use a restocking fee of 25%.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:
- Failure due to accident or collision
- Improper installation of the part
- Misuse, abuse, modification, vehicles used off-road or for racing purposes
- Chemical fallout, tree sap, salt, hail, or other environmental conditions
- disassembling voids warranty
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES OR ACCOMMODATIONS RESULTING FROM THE FAILURE OF THE PART.

This limited warranty represents the exclusive remedy for warranty failure and the total liability of sambuccibros.com for any part it warrants. sambuccibros.com MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties. Therefore all implied warranties that may apply to your part are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Some states also do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so the above information may not apply to you. If any provision of the warranty should become invalid or unenforceable because of any laws, the remaining terms and provisions of the warranty shall remain in full force and effect.
